The space
A comfy efficiency with shower, living area with high quality futon/sofa and a small toddler/child foldout sleeper. Kitchen is well equipped, but does NOT have an oven.  Separate A/C and ceiling fan make for complete control and comfort.

Location: Sq Hill is a super Pittsburgh neighborhood! Close to CMU, Pitt and Medical Centers. Great Restaurants and a first run movie theater.
Guest access
Yard space, table and chairs and full use of the private apartment.
Other things to note
Access is not handicap friendly with outside stairs to the apartment
